The goal of my 30 day challenge is to help bowlers develop good habits. I want to target every level from beginner to advance. How do we develop habits? By doing it over and over again for either 30 days or until we have done it 1000 times. The problem is most of us don’t want to take the time to develop these small but essential habits. Maybe they seem too complex and overwhelming to learn. My goal is to post a challenge every month and through out the month we can slowly build on it. Every week I will add a progression.
